Complaint Review: Sunland Mortgage Company

my husband and i are to victims of this horible nightmare, we just had to file banckruptcy on the house that sunland was supposable selling for us but in return they evicted the people living in it and in return the house was destroyed and bills soooo far behind and sunland refused to do any repairs or pay bills.

I really wish there was a way to get our credit back being it was not our fault on having to file bankrupcty. we threatened chris we would take him to court but he in retured threatened us he would file bankrupcty and we would still lose. He is very rude and does not hold up to any of there contracts.

all i can say is that it has been a horible nightmare and we are still living it because we now have to credit. we to contacted bbb and attorney general and the paper and noboday is willing to help... no one seems to care about the little people.
