Currently, I am a pro se' plaintiff in Miami-Dade County Court â–º Mott Kornicki Vs. James V. Bonvissuto a/k/a "Jimmy Shades" Case Number 2019-17468-SP23 (O5). There should be two additional defendants; Charles "Mike" Love and The Puller of The Strings; Thomas Ryan Cutrera.
The property was described to me as being safe and secure as well as well managed and cared for. ALL False Pretenses. The property is in total disrepair, the group of people living there was not prescreened for criminal background nor health-related matters such as AIDS/HIV - MANY are convicted FELONS and ACTIVE Drug Abusers as well as CRIMINALS.
I moved in on Easter Sunday of 2019 and had a PRIVATE single room - I immediately secured the door with a Schlage High-Security Lock as well as securing the moldings with glue, nails, and screws.

On April 30, 2019 - I saw my life flash before my eyes. I was violently assaulted - I moved into another ”group house” a few days earlier. That was supposed to be safe.

I met a guy named Ramon González - a 400-pound 5'5 guy - he appeared to be very kind, caring, compassionate and like his life was turning around for the better. WoW was I wrong! He was a hardened criminal with many charges against him for violence and assaults.
The night of the incident - he pulled a knife on me and beat me senseless for 15-20 minutes with an iron rod and metal bookcase. I have a black eye, head pain on the left and right, bruises all over my body, neck pain, scrapes all over and a knocked-out tooth.
GOD was watching over me - I should be dead, he beat me with an iron rod, knife and bat as well as a metal bookcase - attempted murder is what it actually was.
Fortunately, I had my little Apple iPhone SE in my right hand. This phone is what saved my life. I beat him in his face, head, neck and wherever I could as hard as I could and as fast as I could.
In the end - it took 3 BIG Miami-Dade Police officers to take him down. He was charged with aggravated assault on me, resisting arrest with violence and aggravated assault on both the police and paramedics.
Naturally, he is incarcerated and faces mandatory minimums for his offenses
In reality - what he tried to do was KILL me - he should and may have another charge against him - attempted murder.
He drank a huge bottle of Skol Vodka 45 minutes prior to the massacre. The event was totally unprovoked by me.
Come Now, July 30th, 2019 - I was "out-of-town" for ONE Night. Upon my return arrival home to 2541 N.E. 181st Street - Ojus, Florida 33160 - I was shocked and in complete dismay. My belongings, everything I own(ed) was scattered in the front yard, back yard and in unsecured closet in the main house. The main house; is a 4 room dwelling that has TWO single rooms TWO "Group Rooms" ONE Kitchen and One Large Bathroom. The Group Rooms house 3 people in each room. The total headcount was at 8 people sharing ONE Bathroom and ONE Kitchen.
The offense -Incident report for the Assault and Battery as completed by Miami-Dade Police Department "Intracoastal Station" is PD190429152041 and the Arrest Case Number is Court Case No. B19011489 (Miami-Dade) and Felony Case No. F19008279 (Miami-Dade County.

I filed a civil lawsuit for unlawful eviction as NO WRITTEN NOR VERBAL request was made. The "MANAGEMENT" and "OWNER" made a decision to break into my PRIVATE ROOM, CHANGE THE LOCK on MY DOOR as well as CHANGE ALL the locks on the house.
So Far, I have with the aid of The Miami Dade Courts made THREE attempts to "SERVE" The Notice To Appear For Pre-Trial and Service has been rejected or denied. The first court date; Charles "MIKE" Love did APPEAR but since he is incompetent, and CAN NOT speak on for or on BEHALF of the Property Owner - James "JImmy Shades" Bonvissuto - the court date was rescheduled for a later date. On the second court date; in which Jimmy Shades also failed to appear there was a substitute in his place making a "SPECIAL APPEARANCE" - It was Gary S. Glasser Esquire attempting to FILE A MOTION TO QUASH SERVICE - In other words aiding and harboring a Civil defendant from being served. Plain old school OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE.
The "Property Manager "Thomas Ryan Cutrera" also failed to appear in the defense of his employer - the property owner - James V. Bonvissuto. Tommy; claimed that he was out of town (IN KANSAS) and couldn't give a rats a*s of care or concern over this matter.
The next court date is December 9, 2019 at The North Dade Justice Center - I wonder IF and WHO will show up to represent the DEFENDANT(S) Sun-Life Services Incorporated 1978, Thomas Ryan Cutrera, Gary S. Glasser, PA, Charles "MIKEY" Love?
My Guess Is that NOBODY but The Judge and Myself.
