ABOUT THE RIPOFF REPORT BELOW:

When a business joins the Corporate Advocacy Program, Ripoff Report emails everyone who has posted complaints so the member business can make things right with them. Of course, everything within reason. In order to confirm that the complaints were resolved, Ripoff Report is copied on all responses so we can insure that the member business did right by their customer. In this case, Ripoff Report did not email anyone as we already know who posted these comments. Please read below to understand more.

EDitor’s Comment: Based on the interviews we conducted at Sunlife Solar's offices, Ripoff Report believes the CEO of Sunlife, Arthur Alexander, is a sincere, hardworking, honest, and generous business professional that anyone would be fortunate to do business with. In this case, Ripoff Report knows the author of the false Report below. Ripoff Report verified that the author of the Report below wrote some of the same exact verbiage against other people over the past 5 years or so not only on Ripoff Report, but also on other sites. There is not a shred of truth to the Report below. The report is dishonest and part of a pattern of abuse and fraud against more than one honest business and countless others from across America the poster comes in contact with. We know this guy all too well. Watch out for con-men who play your sympathies, tell you about their illness, pretend to be dying, share personal life experiences suspiciously like your own, and ask to borrow your money. Unfortunately, many people know how to abuse and take advantage of people on the internet or in the court system, and lie, cheat, and steal. Ripoff Report hates this kind of abuse. We will expose it when we can..

STATEMENT FROM SUNLIFE SOLAR:

This post below is false defamation and slander authored by an individual who lied to get a job with our company and then wrongfully demanded money as he has done in the past from others. We verified this with a solar company he worked with before he took employment at ours and with other copy and paste postings we found of the exact same posts below but with other people or business’s names in place of ours and our CEO’s. This dishonest person has used these posts (most of the same exact wording) in the past to defame and slander others for financial incentive. This individual has lied online and pretended to be customers, sales representatives, and business partners in posts all dated within the same short time period, and also posts in the comments to his original posts, in the effort to deceive readers into believing (untrue) things that are damaging about our business. We're currently serving this individual with a defamation lawsuit and a restraining order along with a criminal harassment case we’re working on with local authorities. We can verify this statement with documented proof in the form of copy-cat posts he authored years ago, and similar ones about other solar companies we reached out to verify with where he also demanded money he was not owed. We almost always received emailed extortion demands from this person at or around the same time as new defamation and slander posts would appear. We want readers to know that these false posts and the people commenting about them are all from the same individual. Up until this date, we have never received any negative feedback online or in any print material from any customers, employees, or vendors. Furthermore, upon searching Google with some of the content from these defamation posts, we found that the author originally posted them in 2011 about an individual and earlier in the year about another solar company, and then copy and pasted the same word for word posts about us. For your research, the links to these original posts that were copy and pasted and posted about us can be found here:

NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

---------------------------------------------------------------

From what I understand Arthur Alexander Anaya does not have a degree or never worked for or has field experience in installing solar. Sunlife, doesn't have a contractors license.  Who really is this guy? Arthur Alexander Anaya is a fly by night operation who steals deals from his dealers by not paying them as promised.

I'm a victim of Sunlife Solar. He (Anaya) had me sign an anticipatory dealer agreement. Little did I know I was providing him access to the receiveable (in other words all the revenue) and later because he took the money I was unable to pay my sales reps. Then, Sunlife, recruited my own sales people to work for Sunlife.

The picture in question was taken by a photgrapher when Arthur Alexander was posing a website called Grinder.

Stay away from Rexxfield.com and Michael Roberts, who will scam anyone, and has never actually successfully helped a single victim with reputation management, but instead secretly attempts to besmirch them and then extort.

The more you research the great Arthur Alexander of Sunlife Electric, the moe lies you uncover

#5UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Wed, August 17, 2016

The more you research the great Arthur Alexander, the more lies you uncovered.

Arthur Alexander intentionally withheld information from investors and the Contractors State Licensing Board that Sunlife Solar aka Sunlife Inc, aka Sunlife Electric had employees and has been sued multiple times by employees and unpaid vendors. In those lawsuits,  it was contended that both sales people and subcontractor were not paid and the work was unsafe. In fact, it was alleged that Arthur Alexander is a conman.

Arthur Alexander's Pattern of Practice

There is a definite pattern here. Alexander has had more than a few lawsuits filed against him. He has also promised to pay sales people, and subcontractors, but has failed to do so.

By simply entering the last name “Sunlife, Inc” at http://www.occourts.org/online-services/case-access/ it’s evident the Alexander plays dirty. The following is a sample of what you will find:

  1. 30-2016-00371616-CU-BC-CJC DEFENDANT Arthur Alexander BREACH OF CONTRACT/WARRANTY
  2. 30-2016-00371616-CU-BC-CJC DEFENDANT Arthur Alexander 05/12/2015 BREACH OF CONTRACT/WARRANTY

Arthur Alexander Cumulative List of Lies

The following constitutes a list of many of the representations, which were made by Arthur Alexander, that at the time he made them, he knew them to be false. This is not intended to be all-exhaustive and the Plaintiffs continue to investigate and compile the list of concealments and misrepresentations he made, which appear to be false, including but not limited to:

  • His educational background.
  • His dealer platform which is nothing more than a copy of Vivint's dealer contract.
  • He was the creator Solar's first dealer program.
  • Sunlife Electric has its own employees trucks, etc.
  • The Sunlife.solar website creates sales and sales reps would be paid 2-3 X more than any other company.
  • He had numerous marketing and sales materials never before used within the industry.
  • He could pledge the exclusive rights to a proprietary Software which is actually owned by Aurora.
  • That he had the ability to pay 50% upfront on sales when infact all companies had declined doing business with him due to not paying his sales reps.

Through research done both on the message boards and for the article, all of these statements point to Arthur Alexander being guilty as charged.

Arthur Alexander Anaya is a Class A scam artist, and his craft of "Solar Dealer Program, " yada yada, is pure garbage and about as useful of taking your chances with Three-Card Monte.

#5UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sunlife Solar and Arthur Alexander Anaya always claims that he "had spoken to the DA and if people didn't pay Anaya $5k his detractors would be arrested. Why weren't they? I'll tell you why...because he's broke and being pursued in multiple lawsuits.

In my opinion, Sunlife Solar and Arthur Alexander Anaya lie about thier services/results and then steals money from legitimate sales people. He then secretly tries to lure away employees from his General Contractors to steal their business. Luckily nobody takes him seriously and his hidden agenda was easily brought to light.

Arthur Alexander Anaya is a Class A scam artist, and his craft of "Solar Dealer Program, " yada yada, is pure garbage and about as useful of taking your chances with Three-Card Monte.

We all get them — telemarketing callers pushing home solar-energy systems that will save us from rising electric bills.

Most of us generally hang up. But in 2014, some victims in Northern California did not. The sales pitch on the phone sounded ideal: Lease a system from Sunlife Solar, who claimed owner Arthur Alexander Anaya was his own electrical contractor, for a low monthly fee and reap the rewards of cheap electricity.

“For a $600 fee up front, I would pay $182 a month for the next 20 years,” victims said. “They have a performance guarantee. If I don’t make enough electricity, they said, ‘No problem, don’t worry, we will write you a check.’ I thought, ‘I’m covered.’”

A SIGHT FOR SORE EYES: Victims are reminded of Arthur and Sunlife Solar every time they looks at their home.

Arthur Alexander Anaya and his company Sunlife Solar has generated a high number of cases of shoddy installation, said abuilding inspector manager for Alameda County.

Who is Sunlife Solar?

Most victims, say it took four months to finish.

It seems only fitting that a Ripoff Report be filed against Arthur Alexander Anaya, founder of Sunlife.Solar considering that he and his company were recently exposed, as part of an EXCLUSIVE report that implicates Sunlife and Anaya in a scheme to steal clients from existing General Contractos and Sales people.

What's more bizarre is that Arthur Alexander, planned to steal the company and employees of a company located in Tustin, California who have been the backbone of Sunlife, Inc., current located at 3050 Pullman Street Costa Mesa, California.

Look in the Mirror, Anaya...

Anaya apparently blackmailed Travis Kasper to lie in an email blast out to victims of Sunlife's scam. Then gain, Travis Kasper, sits in his tighty whities with his belly popping out while eating a bowl of fruit loops. Talk about egg on your face for Sunlife attorney (whose paid $3500 per month) things couldn't get worse for the Sunlife Solar and thier failed dealer program.
