I did a purchased of a 2006 Ford Taurus SE on April 7, 2010, on that day, I gave Maureen, the manager $ 1, 600.00 cash and I requested a receipt and she didn't comply with my request. She gave me a $ 20.00 bill with a small change. I did request a receipt again and she never comply with one. Prior to April 7, I gave Christine her assistant a cash payment of $ 1,000.00 on April 3, 2010 and she gave me a signed receipt. I have on many times called her office and I have not received my money nor my receipt. I have sent many messages and yet to receive any response. I have aslo call many times and I have not receive any response to my request.

 There are also many issues on the car contract. Number one: the almost $ 1,600.00 does not appears on the contract. Did she pocket the money that I gave her? Number two: It shows in the contract that I'm paying for mechanical repair insurance and I wasn't mentioned anything about it. Why do I need to pay for car repair? Is the car not on good shape? Numer three: The car doesn't even have a manual. I requested one and she hasn't comply. Number four: the vehicle has a blinking light when the engine turn off taht read: THEFT, which it may mean that the vehicle key is not programmed, the vhicle key needs to be programmed. Was the vehicle stolen? Am I using a copy vehicle key?

This organization can not be trusted. I do not recommend anyone to do business there. The organization should be ashamed with way that they conduct businesss, they are not professional not compassioned. They ripped me off.
