Sunnyland Tours of Hackensack,NJ: Won't even respond to the BBB *REBUTTAL owner, false & deceitful report
A trip to Egypt was planned. Then 911 happened. Sunnyland's owner Elie Sidawi refused to reimburse six (6) customers who paid a $1,200 deposit. Sunnyland claimed travel to the middle east was safe saying: "There is no Travel Warnings to visit Egypt at this time, and clients returning from their visit to Egypt after Sept.11,01 have been more than pleased & satisfied to have visited Egypt".
The Better Business Bureau of Parsippinany, NJ interceded on behalf of the six (6) injured parties. Sunnyland Tours refused to even reply to the Better Business bureau.

Dear Sir:
In response to the false & deceitful report filed by Mr. Szablak, I wish to inform & clarify to anyone interested with
the facts that Mr. Szablak is using blackmail to get back a nonrefundable deposit on a trip to Egypt which he cancelled.
The tour conditions for the trip requires a non-refundable deposit of $200 per person, to sign up for the Egypt tour. Due to the circumstances following Sept. 11, we modified this cancellation policy and allowed full
credit on deposits received to be applied for a future trip within 1 year.
Mr. Szablak is attempting to black mail us into submission for a cash refund of $1200.- on a non-refundable deposit of $1000!!
We replied to the BBB inquiry & clarified the matter fully on Jan.7, 02

It should be noted that except for Mr.Szablak fabricated case, there has not been one single complaint filed on Sunnyland in the past years..
