Complaint Review: Sunnyvie Kennel

They have so many red flags about their website. A regular breeder only breeds one or two breed. Sunnyview breeds 11 different breeds. Also why is that many of their puppies have hair loss. It's not because of rough play because puppies under 8 weeks can't possibly tear that much hair out Another red flag is then discounting puppies because of minor hair loss. When I received cody, he had a bald spot on the top of his head. Right when I received him, I notice his eyes weren't normal. They don't move together at the same time. Later I find out that Cody is blind i his left eye and can't follow as fast. When I talked to a vetinarean, they told me that that is not normal and it can be a neurological problem. I emailed mike about it and they "The have what's called wall eyes. It's part of the defenceso they can see there sides better. If you look at the top left picture of Adam on my website you'll see where they are both pointing slightly outward. This is more noticeable in some puppiers versus others due to the size of the retina and some puppies eyes are more tilted out more then others" I should have know something was weird when they smipelled two simple words. I googled wall eyes and I dont see that meaning. I asked my vetinarean (another vetinarean) and she said she's never heard of wall eyes. And it's obvious that cody does have neurological problems.

They also noticed that cody have two luxating platellas on his hind legs. That was due to poor breeding with a line of health issues. By the time he was 3 months, I went to the vet, and they found out he was blind in his left eye. And that his soft spot never fully closed. I told them and they quickly resolved it by offering to send me another dog. I just accepted because I didn't know I had other options. Right after we agreed. he never bothered asking about Cody. And when I updated him on cody, they never replied.

A couple months later cody had a seizure and im heartbroken to know that after this purchas. i've fallen so in love with my dog that I can't let him go. But I need to pay all the hospital bills with the surgery for his legs and neurological problems. I emailed to them and they gave me such a negative feed back.They ended the conversation with "It doesn't matter and your not understanding. Your not getting a third dog or your money" I only emailed him to update him with Cody and they responded so rude.

I still have all the email exchanged between me and mike and all the outpatient report.
