I received a Toll Violation from MDX for supposedly unpaid tolls.  so I went on their website to find out what this was about and there are only two choices "pay invoice" or "contact Sunpass".  I chose to contact Sunpass where they told me they couldn't do anything about it, she wouldn't even look up the invoice or the dates of my supposedly violation, "against their policy" so she said.  So I tried calling MDX and no one will pick up the phone.  I've had Sunpass for years and I have automatic transfer so that my balance is always current.  I was even able to print all my sunpass statements for this year and I don't see any lapses that would warrant MDX violations.  The Toll violation letter I received also says "registration has a hold" whatever that means!.... this is not the first time I've gone through this, last time I was charged hundreds I ended paying for pennies tolls.  What a corrupted system, both Sunpass and MDX put their customers on the line and they wash their hands.....
