Complaint Review: Sunridge Nissan

I was sold a car with no air conditioning.  I was never told that the car didn't have air conditioning.  I assumed it did but never looked to see if it was actually there. 

The car is a 2013 Hyundai Elantra.  A pretty new car of only 4 years old.  I thought all newer cars had air conditioning built in.  This was the first time I had bought a Hyundai and the controls look like it has air conditioning at first glance. 

I'm sure the sales man new it didn't have air conditioning but deliberately decided not to tell me this. To decieve me.  I never asked so he never mentioned it until I had already bought the car and then it was too late!!!

I've emailed him but he has ignored me.  I also emailed the finance manager and he ignored me as well.  This is unacceptable behavior!!!  Who knows how long that car was sitting there before I finally bought it.  Who knows how many other people this branch has ripped off?

The salesmans name is Simon Islam and he is the Senior Floor Manager.  There is a small chance he himself didn't know the car didn't have air conditioning but even if thats true that would mean that he and this branch are completely incompetent to not even check their cars and make note of what features the car has.  A total lack of integrity on the part of Nissan here.
