Complaint Review: Sunrise credit services inc

Hearst Books is trying to collect money from me and I don't even know why.  They say I purchased a book 7yyDiet/free report.  I have I idea what it's and know I never ordered It.  For one thing, I quit ordering magazines and books a long, long time ago because I dont read them.  

When you try to contact Sunrise Credit Services it is next. To impossible to talk to someone.  Alltheyoffer is options in which form of payment you want to make to them.  I searched the Internet, found a phone number and was very persistent in talking to someone.  They kept switching me to automated.  I finally talked to someone and disputed the charge and all the guy said was that he would note that idispute the charge, never ordered, never received.  

If I get anotherlwtterlike this I will turn it over to the authorities.
