Complaint Review: Sunrise Lights AKA Sunrise Lighting Northridge California AKA Sonrise Lighting

I Purchased several items from sunrise lights AKA Sunrise Lighting in Northridge California. My Neighbor placed a larger order (over $1,800.00) and had MORE problems than I did. My order was small under $400.00 so I should be happy I that I was ONLY ripped off for less than my neighbor. They only shipped half my items. And that half was bad quality, nothing as they advertised. When I challenged this Michael Hanna (the supposed owner of Sunrise Lighting) called me an idiot and liar! And he told me he would not refund me the balance of what they never shipped. It has been several weeks and I have yet to receive they balance of my order or a refund. As for the junk lights sunrise sent me I will simply give to charity as I would never use such low quality recessed lighting at my home. My neighbor also noted that her recessed lights and outdoor lighting from Sunrise Lighting were of very bad quality. I was so furious that they kept my money and would not help me that I had them checked out. The BBB has many complaints on them and an F rating. And of course Rip Off Report has several complaints on sunrise lights / lighting of Northridge California. During my investigation I also found that the owner who calls himself Michael Hanna doesnt exist. I had them checked out through an on line service for $60.00. They have been in business for less than 3 years, yet they falsely advertise they have 20 years experience. The owners name posted on the web site of Michael Hanna is also a fake. Court records show a female as the owner. However, when you ask for the owner you receive a male using the fake name of Michael Hanna. Sunrise Lighting of Northridge California is a scam! Stay Away. The Department Of Justice should shut down Sunrise Lights of Northridge California. If there are more out there like me and I am sure there is based on what I uncovered, please contact me so that we may get a class action together. Or for the very least put Sunrise Lights AKA Sunrise Lighting of Northridge California where they belong; out of business. This is their web site for refrence; stay away from www.sunriselights.com.
