Complaint Review: Sunrise Pools of Virginia

Nothing premier about Sunrise Premier Pools of Virginia. They subcontract every  aspect of the pool. So, during the entire process they would tell me that the  next stage of work would start in a couple of days and it would be weeks before
they would show up at the jobsite again.

In addition, the owner (Peter McCambridge) up sold us on a  plaster that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty and was manufactured by 3M. In reality, 3M wasn't the manufacture and  when we needed to file a warranty claim because the plaster was discoloring  after 4months; we were told by the manufacturer that the installer had to  provide the serial numbers off the bags of plaster that were used in order to  initiate a claim. However, Sunrise Pools blames their subcontractor for  disgarding the serials numbers and accepted no responsibility.

Save  yourself a ton of aggravation and stay as far away from this company as  possible.
