Sunrooms America ,William Gabriel, Connie Gabriel, Connie Comstock, Francine Juarez, Beware of this company, they're running a fraudulent business scamming customers out their deposits San Jose California
The company i’m making complaints against is Sunrooms America (CA Lic# 1009268). The owners names are William and Connie Gabriel (CA Lic# 1004259). This company is fraudulent and scamming customers out of their deposits with no intention to do the job. They took $26k of my hard earned money that I saved up for this specific project. I paid them $11k cash, cashier check for $7k, and two personal checks in the amount of $7k, and $1k. We entered a contract May 5, 2017 with start date in August 2017. After they pushed the date back for the cement installers, I decided to check their reviews with pass customers on google and yelp which all came back very negative. I then got real nervous, and tried to contact the company. After numerous failed attempts to even get a hold of someone by phone (owner William Gabriel disconnected his cell phone), it's clear they have no intention of fulfilling their contract at this point. They have taken their 50% deposit and walked off with our money. I don’t know what to do at this point, should I start filing a lawsuit and complaint with the California licensing board ?
