SunRun Solar REC solar System Failure after 7 days of use with no resolve and no ETA of repair san francisco California

New SunRun system has already failed. Come to find out SunRun has put a known outdated inverter on my roof with known issues. Currently they have a # 5 inverter to help address the issues but onlk my roof is a # 2, again this system is brand new, how can they put such an outdated system with known failure on my home. My system is suposed to be monitored but it is not as I found out the system was not working due to a ARC error code. SunRun is suposed to be monitoring the system why did I have to figure out there is a problem. When the electrician came to my home he informed me of the outdated inverter and it may take a week or longer to get a new one. Again my system is not working and I have not heard anything back from SunRun. Also since they know of the issues with the inverters why do they not keep them on the work trucks? I believe that going solar was a good move but I also believe SunRun is not ready for business. SunRun has has no follow through. I was promised that SunRun would monitor the system but they cant, I was promised i would be able to monitor the system but I cant. Shame on SunRun for being liars and making false promises in whick they have no way in keeping and shame on me for falling for their sales schems. Lastly shame on Costco wholesale for being partners withk such a company. I had always put alot of confidence in Costco but not question them for getting in to bed with SunRun. I dont know if this system will ever work correctly of if I will ever get any support after reading all the negative reports from this site as well as the BBB but I hope I can at least warn others before they make the same mistake I did.

Eventually SunRun electricians came out to my home and the inverter was replaced and curently working as it should, I think. I still cant log into the SunRun web site for monitoring but at least my system is no longer alarming. I honestly thought I would have real time monitoring of power production but that does not appear to be the case now. With the recent turn of events and the inverter not working I found out SunRun does not monitor it either. Per my PG&E account I am having some production now. 

Thank you SunRun for repairing my system. I would have to say one of the very biggest problems is the huge lack of communication and the large delay in responce.
