Complaint Review: Sunseal garden spas

Sunseal garden spas Spas direct I purchased a spa in December 2017. Have been trying to get repairs on this spa ever since. I cannot use spa due to issues. I call day after day and no one returns my calls. Or they text saying they no longer work for spas direct. This is becoming quite stressful as the weeks go on with no resolutions. Purchased a spa 8th December 2017 Had connected by electrician on 20th december 2017. Spa heating system and automatic filtration system not working as it has burnt out. According to spas direct service team on inspection only last week. They said they would come back to repair this week but i have heard from them. Also tv and radio not working and crack in outside panel on arrival. Numerous calls and emals lodged with no reply and little answers. I call everyday with no reply they simply tell me someone will return my call but they never do. The contractor that was coming to fix it said they wouldnt supply the parts to him and wouldnt pay him so he is having nothing to do with them. This company appears to be doggy as according to reviews i have read. They have even blocked me from commenting on there facrbook posts. I am extremely upset about this as i spent $8500 on an item that doesnt work.
