We orderd a casket online from Fastcaskets for my brother who was killed in an accident. It not only arrived late but also with damage. It arrived late on a Monday night and the funeral was scheduled for the next morning. We had relatives in from out of town so rescheduling was out of the question.

The delivery driver acknowledged and noted the damage to the funeral home and they signed it. The extent of the damage was not realized until the casket was opened to place my brother's body in it. The lid nearly fell off! The hinges and latches were damaged.

We went ahead with the service as planned. When the casket was closed to transport to the cemetary it would not seal and there was a 1 to 2 inch gap! We took pictures of this and then had to have the casket sealed with a ratchet strap before we could bury my brother.

I called Matthew Warner the next morning to get this issue resolved. He refused to take responsibility. After a lenghty conversation , he offered to refund $150 and claimed thats all the profit they made. This casket cost nearly $1400. We feel that this is insufficient considering the mental anguish and embarrassment this has caused my family.
