promised no presentations, after i booked just got added cost to every thing I was told was already covered, Cruise they want & 75 registration fee and then $ 439 per person for port charges which is way more than cruise line charges, the entire thing is a complete ripoff, I have multiple good vacation offers and had a wonderful time, this was not one of them. utter lost of my money.

I followed-up...Not what I expected

I had read your review before and a few others and I was very skeptical. So much so that I decided to take a trip to their office in Tampa as I am in Orlando. As I pulled up I was expecting the worst. I spoke to Lana (sp) prior to coming and she was very nice and fairly helpful, but I wanted to know how much of a scam this was so a trip was needed. Well, not at all what I expected. It a travel agency with about 30 employees. They welcomed me and brought to the their meeting room. One of the managers came in and spent well over an hour with me and went over each offer line by line, not even with a hint of reluctance. She explained that they are not the ones giving these out and misrepresenting them. She said travel clubs use their products and tell people they have a free cruise or resort vacation. She said that is their biggest challenge. She said the terms and conditions are accurate and there are fess. She said they aren't free trips and should never be presented that way. We priced out a few cruises and a resort stay. In every scenario I was saving money ranging from $200 to $700 a person. Ill take that. Additionally, she got their director and I heard them tell their person to cease business with Newport Market. So here is my conclusion after my field trip. I would have continued to think this company was up to no good if I had not seen it for myself first hand. It sounds like some of the companies (there are hundreds apparently) that use their offers and there are bad apples. The company that sold me on my luxury vacation package has already been put on notice. Thankfully, this Travel Service Center seems to be full with good people. Side note....I registered the ultimate cruise while there and booked a normal vacation to the Riu Palace. They gave me a $100 discount too. It does pay to do your homework.
