Sunset Model Agency Falater Photography Scam, Child Exploitation or just Unprofessional? Los Angeles California
Despite "Red Flags" we contatcted "Sunset Model Agency" -
Possible Red Flag #1 Posted on Craigs List. #2 VERY amateureish looking webpage #3 Does NOT post Contract Detail on web page, as many legit agency do. #4 Requsted my 9 year old daughter to wear Lipstick, High Heels and a Bikkini to the shoot at Falater Photography!
When we had the "Audacity" to ask a question about the process, they canceled the shoot. And never returned our polite and professional emails of inquiry.
Having never gotten further, in complete transparency, we dont know if they are a flat out scam or just very unprofessional. They claim to have been in business since "1981"? Hard to imagine they have stayed in business that long if our experience is the norm? And what's up with the webpage that looks thrown together in 5 minutes?
But mostly - They left us concerned about how they are asking to photograph little girls. We are not super conservative, or prudish by any standards. But where exactly do 9 year olds get print work wearing "High Heels, Lipstick and Bikinis"

According to multiple reports, he also runs a dangerous white supremacist called n*ggermania.com
He also owns the domain uglyn*gger.com, which redirects to the main page. From there, white supremacists category all blacks - good and bad - as bad. They are incapable of distinguising between good people and evil people. In their warped minds, black is bad, end of story.

The guy who runs and does the actual photography for Falater Photography comes from a family of sick predators and killers. His brother Scott Falater was featured on a cbs news show for the "sleepwalker" killing of his wife (and convicted in 1999). He stabbed this woman at least 44 times and used sleepwalking as his defense. His other brother Chris Falater is currently serving a lengthy sentence for child molestation. And Tom Falater himself (owner and photographer for Falater Photography) was once under investigation for nude pics of little girls found on his cellphone. This guy is a pervert and needs to be shut down. Go to youtube and type in falater photography and see what he is doing. He also parades as a comedian under a pseudonym: Tom Williams. Go to youtube and type in Tom Williams comedian. This is the pervert's face...doing stand up comedy routines. The family his originally from Chicago Illinois. Tom falater has been living in Los Angeles since the early 80s.
