This company marketed themselves as a co-broker company, meaning that if you were not licensed as a Broker to do business in other states then they could get your loans closed & you would share in the profits. Not!
The first loan I closed with this Company was 9/15/2003 & I have yet to receive the full compensation. The next loan I closed was in 11/7/2003. Still no compensation.
I have tired several times to resovle this situation but I am now forwarding this on to my attorney.
The moral of this story is I don't care how many contracts you have, trust no one!
