Complaint Review: SunShine Electronics Of New York

On 07/06/2007 I telephonically ordered a Panasonic HD HVX200 at which time they IMMEIDATELY charged my credit card for the amount of $4906.25.

I called and complained about NO Delivery and their practice of charging credit cards before shipment has been confirmed. I called 3 times between 07/13 & 07/28/2007.

The primary contact was a gentleman named CHRIS

The 1st time I called I cancelled the order because SE had not met the shipping date I requested.

The 2nd-3rd telephone calls were to report NO REFUND had been provided and why had I NOT been refunded IMMEDIATELY, when they had originally charged my credit card during the telephone order.

Chris said he could not take any action to follow through on the credit card refund.

I have found this establishment to be uninformed on business etiquette, unhelpful in the area of customer service and fraudulent in the handling of financial transactions and product shipments
