Complaint Review: Sunshine pool service pb

Sunshine pool service pb Pool service did NOT do anything proper during mthly service. I went to check on an elderly friends pool after her complaints.i was in complete disbelief as to what i saw! Strainer had ferns growing in and out of itv. Algae build up on side walls of pool and bottom had all algae on bottom.i reported my findings to owner of home . the owner ed morris of sunshine pool service came to home upon me asking what all alga growth was in pool HE REPONDED WHAT ARE YOU SMOKING CRACK?? immediately taken back by such a response i stated EXCUSE ME? I asked who he was he name position. no response except its dust in pool lady! He pulled ferns took brush to partial bottom and left tell8ng owner she has a leak in pool he would be back w expoxy!! PLEASE DO. NOT USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY FOR ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS !! THEY ARE A RIP OFF Palm beach gardens Florida
