About a month ago, I ordered a magazine subscription from a completely seperate company. Within a few weeks, I recieved a call from Sunshine readers saying they were the publishers handling my subscription. They then informed me that they had been having computer trouble and they needed to "update" my information.

Thinking they actually were with my original publishing company, I gave them the information they requested including my debit card number. A few days later, I was looking over my bank statement and saw where they had taken money out two seperate times on the same day totaling $99.89.

I was forced to close my bank account to keep them from wiping me out. When I called to cancel, I was told that he had to relay it to the "cancellation department" and would get back to me later. I have not heard from them as of yet.

When I contacted my original publishing company, they told me they had absolutely nothing to do with Sunshine readers.
