Instead of me rewriting the whole scam of a story, here is a copy of 1 of the letters that was sent to this HORRIBLE place.

On May 26, 2005, I purchased 2 vacation packages from a Tony Romanowski at 407-447-2246 X 101 at your company. The contract numbers are xxxxxxxx & xxxxxxxx at $297.00 a piece. I had called your office in June requesting information about the package and was directed to a voice mail, after not receiving a call back after leaving about 2 or 3 voice mails I called back and was directed to someone by the name of Sandu who was supposed to be handling my accounts. I spoke with him and decided that I wanted to return my packages and requested a refund. Sandu referred me to the refund department, where I have left numerous messages and never received a call back, there is a thing called a courtesy call and I still have not received one yet, every time I call no one is available or I am directed straight to voice mail. Finally on July 6, 2005, I called and spoke to a Clyde Starr who stated he was floor manager with no phone extension to reach him at, after I explained my situation to him he advised me to send both of my packages back to your company with a note stating that I had wanted to CANCEL both of my packages and since he knew the situation he would expedite the refund for me. I went to UPS which cost a fee of $20.53 to overnight the package to make sure it arrived to it's destination, Which it was because it was delivered to July 7. 2005 at 9:36 a.m. and was signed by a CAMPBELL. I mailed both packages, a copy of both contracts and included a letter stating both contracts were to be canceled and to refund the funds back into my checking account, and I did include all phone numbers where I could be reached. Well today is August 22, 2005, and I still haven't received a call back from my call in May, June, and July. I Have tried to contact Mr. Romanowski, and Mr. Clyde Starr and coincidentally these 2 are both unavailable. On another occasion I called and sat on hold for 1 1/2 hours hoping to get through because the recording stated "someone will be right with" (cell phone records can prove this) once again I was set up for failure because no one ever came to the phone & the cell battery died. On July 29, 2005, I spoke with a Starrnessa who works in Quality Assurance who stated she would give my message to one of the representatives and still no return call yet. I say all of this to say PLEASE RETURN MY CALL & PLEASE RETURN MY $594.00 & any taxes that may have applied. I read your "Guarantee" and did what it said, but obviously you don't follow your own words... I am thoroughly upset with the treatment that I have been experiencing with your company because when I first called to purchase a package there wasn't a problem at all nor was it was it a problem to take the funds out of my account. At this point I don't think that I will be recommending anyone to contact your company. Hopefully I will hear from your office soon because I am to the point that I am thinking about small claims court because this is not a good look for your company. Hope to hear from someone about a refund soon......... Now to bring all of this up to date.. It is now 3/16/07 almost 2 years later and I still haven't heard from anyone. I had took the info to an attorney who pretty much just made this a cup holder/coaster because he didn't go very far with the investigation, after getting my file back from the atty I figured I would try again, but this time all emails were being returned and no luck with the phone numbers that I have. This is a shame because I am a single parent who was just trying to take the kids on vacation, but instead there vacation never took place, just someone scamming mom.........Any suggestions on getting my money back???????????????????????
