I took my new car for an oil change to Sunslope Car Wash & Lube.
They managed to misplace the o ring, or gasket if you will, at the base of the oil filter causing a major oil leak whic resulted with a substantial engine damage.
I had to tow the car (2017 Volksvagen Golf) with less than 3000 miles, to the nearest VW repair shop. The bill was over 6k and these bunch of clowns of course, refuse to pay.
