Before I get to my complaint, I know how to pay these scam companies back were it hurts the most. I have not seen anyone propose this idea. Why not fight fire with fire. Send them junk mail, SPAM, telemarketing calls, etc. They could end up getting thousands of call, spam, junk mail, etc. That will slow them down maybe overload their servers, mailboxes and phone lines if a lot of people fill their information in on a freebie/survey site like:

Do a reverse lookup on the company. There are many options available; superpages, switchboard.com, reunion.com and jobsites. Scam company job postings on HotJobs, Monster, Careerbuilder, etc. are always the same. They usually have to provide a woking e-mail address.

To make absolute sure you have the right person call them from a pay phone or pay as you go phone.
Use their own sales tactics against them.
Example: Mr. Booth I was given your name as a reference for legal service. I heard you were a graduate of Baylor Law school (info given on corporate site). I am from Texas originally and I prefer using Baylor lawyers when I can. If the Answer has something to do with him being a lawyer, then give one of the affiliates of Suntasia as a reference or another executives name. You don't want to give the main company or he might catch on to quick. This can be reworked a little to work against anyone that ripped you off.

My complaint for Suntasia Marketing is that they tried to use illegal deceptive marketing techniques to gain my Bank Name, checking account number and routing number on 10/19/06 at around 10:00 am. They offer free gas and airline discounts under false pretenses. They do not directly provide any of the FREE items or discounts that they advocate. They also hide their tactics, complaints, and income through a variety of company names.
