Suntrust I was hacked and they closed my account with 971.00 plus and will not release my money St Petersburg Florida
On 01/30/2019 a person or persons attempted to deposit a fraudulent check into my SunTrust online app. I have never deposited a check in this manner and the endorsement was definitely not my signature. Sun trust fraud dept froze my Social Security check even though no funds from that fraud ever came to pass. No money was ever lost.They will not release my money and I have had my electric and water shut off cannot purchase food and I am a diabetic. I was hospitalized for 4 days
