Complaint Review: Suntrust Van LInes

I have been dealing with this company for just a week and I think I am going to get sick if I don't get some justice. How is it legal for such companies to operate and continue to get business in today's world. I spoke with a Kathy who had all the right answers for every questions. It turned out she boldly lied to me.

1.They didn't give the pick up person the right list of inventory. 2. The driver informed my parents that the move would be $2500 from $864 quote 3. The driver refused for me to send signed contract with inventory and deposit. 4. I knew it was a scam at that.I told my parents to not let him touch any of my things. 5. The driver came after office hours, I called the office the next day for explanation and for them to cancel order. 6. Brittany informed that there's no way to prove I didn't have more items since the driver wasn't allowed to pick up. So, I should have  allowed the driver to pick up my items and hang myself with the $2500 price tag? 7. The icing on this sh*t pile was that they charged me $500 for cancellation and $86 deposit. And now, they refuse to do a refund. 8. Brittany informed that I should cancelled 72 hours prior. Only I was under contract for less than 48 hrs.

I will be relentless in trying to make it harder for them to carry one such scams.
