Complaint Review: Sunwave gas + power

I was working for Active Energy as Master Distributor at the time with my own office in Toronto with one dedicated office staff with Residual Income without any Non Compete And I have following 4 deals in my hand to start and for Active Energy I Plan to just do commercial deals staying in Hamilton with my family and help them in Super Store Business. Active Energy gave me written permission and a waiver to do HVAC with any other company I join as Executive Vice President, Eco Energy based at Hamilton office with Residual Income without any non compete I have a Exclusive Distributorship from Reliance for Edmonton (Alberta) with Residual Income without any Non Compete and I already have team Badged here in Toronto to go work in Alberta with a Manager I have Distributor Deal in hand from OHC with Residual Income without any Non Compete I have Distributor Deal in hand from morSecurity with Residual Income without any Non Compete Different Teams will work for different work and I am capable to manage all of them. I have done that in the past and I can do it today and all these companies are aware that I am working 4 different deals.

I got all documentary proof of what I have written and I am sending you in separate emails I made huge loss financially because I listen to Andrew Spurvey and Trusted him. All those Agents I recently badge in Active Energy they were out from Sunwave because Sunwave stop business activities to keep Company image clean since Look Communication was in the process of buying Sunwave and door- to - door business always generate complains and that bad publicity can stop investors to buy Sunwave as "Andrew Spurvey" mentioned to me and therefore its a fresh re opening of Sunwave, Michael Sun was also gone, and therefore its a fresh start and Distributor can bring any Agent and Andrew ask me to send a list of Agents, I wanted to call and invite to join Sunwave, I sent him List on July 5th and again on July 10th and Andrew told me I am allowed to call every body. Only then and Only then I sign Distributor Agreement Otherwise I will not sign less than a Master Distributor. I was not free and I have lot of things to do in my hand. I resign from Active Energy from his office from his computer and said every other opportunity that I am not available because I trusted Andrew.

When I started calling guys from my list and ask them to come, Andrew change his colors and stop me calling them and Andrew said me Michael Sun told me in begining that Janak Can call anybody from that list but now he changed his mind and Laura will give all those guys back to Michael Sun and this happened 3 times that I brought agent and that agent is given to Michael Sun and I was declared that I steal Michael Sun Guys. Michael Sun also saying to everybody that Janak work for me. Is Michael Sun gets override on me? Here is a Incomplete list of Following Few Agents/ Team Leaders with their ID Badge # They were recently working with me in Active Energy after Sunwave Stop Sales Activities - They work with me after they left Sunwave and they were not working with Sunwave When I join Sunwave Technically they are my agents. I am coming to Sunwave as a whole package with my Team not just single guy Janak Chhabra but you guys became dictators, Andrew steal all these guys and gave them to Michael Sun and put me in a corner alone. This is totally unfair.

You told me not to send a copy to Rob weir, President and therefore I will not send him a copy, let me see How can you help me to get these agents and agents from My Master List back to me and how you help me to get my financial losses recovered and help me to get my respect back. How can I show you Great Production when Productive Agents are intentionally given to Michael Sun ?
