I ordered a Chinese Made Thermage Machine which I was told was a duplicate of the U.S. Machine with the newest technology of 40 mhz. When the machine arrived, my engineer said that it registered at only 5 mhz and after about 1 week, the machine completely died. I sent many emails to the sales person who sold me the "40 mhz" machine with proof that we had an agreement for that particular machine and asked how I can get the correct machine sent to me and the whole company stopped returning my calls and emails. This machine was a complete fraud as 5 mhz is less then a home machine and not strong enough to do any skin tightening which is why I purchased this particular machine. I was told it was the advanced CPT 40 mhz technology. They lied on all emails to me just to get me to send them the money. The machine arrived in a box that was falling apart and they sent me the cheapest Thermage Tips which I was told I would get the updated 2014 tips. Scam, do not do business with this company. They will take your money and you will never get any response back from them. Horrible people to do business with and shame on them for taking advantage of a deal that would of lead to me purchasing many other machines had they been a real and honest company.

Here is the whole occurrence of the business.While Chriss Silverstein contacted with us,she told us that she want a thermage machine which is cheaper. After several emails we had conformed with Chriss Silverstein about the data of the thermage machine which she wanted. Also we have explained in detail about the machine and send her the brochure and operation video of the machine. As we told them we are manufactuer,but if Chriss need US thermage, she can buy from USA, Original USA thermage machine is about 100.000USD, but our themrage machine is USD1650 only, and explained that is Radio frequency thermage. From the video Chriss will know very clearly.
After we make a deal, Chriss Silverstein had received the machine and everything went on the right track.But 6 months later, Chriss Silverstein came back with anger and tell us she want another whole new machine.The reason why she did this is that he used the machine for some treatments herself and then sold the machine to another customer and told the customer that the machine is purchased in USA and worth a particular amount of money which is not the same as what we told Chriss Silverstein . and she refund whole money back already. And we want to contact with Chriss Silverstein in better way, but she is so angry to communicate with us because she can’t sell that machine with so good price already.
We are a reliable factory with ISO,Medical certificate for lots of high grade products and have made friends with most of our customers in USA.When Chriss Silverstein came to us with this problem,we really want to help her solve the problem and have a long term cooperation relationship with Chriss Silverstein .But Chriss Silverstein was too angry to communicate with us. This is reason why we tell our story here.
