Complaint Review: supabill.com

I received an email link that looked interesting, offering a free pass to teen farm, aka supabill.com

I followed all the instructions, even read the terms and conditions. It stated that a termination request for the trial membership I had signed up for could be placed only at www.supabill.com (their customer service site). When I tried to access that site the error page for not being authorized to view this site came up instead.

I have no way of canceling the membership that I was wrongly tricked into signing up for by demanding age verification. I can not reach this company in any way and will continue to receive charges to my account without any way of stopping the customer abuse!

I want to make sure that others do not make this mistake, AND I want the charges to stop and be completely refunded once supabill has been exposed for the frauds they are.
