Supabill was the billing agency for an adult web site. I did not enter the site, although I believe my information was use to obtain a password for this site. Within 10 minutes of the supposed "password" being issued, the party that obtained it told me about and I went to cancel the "subscription" to the web site. I checked the supabill page for cancelled subscriptions, and put in my debit card information, and had a reply that no subscriptions were issued using that card number. Three days later I am overdrawn on my bank account because there are two charges to my debit card.

The first charge was for $1.95 sign up fee, and the second was $49.99 for a month of service for the web site. I never entered the web site, and no one else did, so why was I charged? When I called supabill, they gave me a telephone number to "the website's" customer service. This number is answered automatically, and the extension you are transferred to goes dead. I have tried this number several times, and get nothing.

I have also tried calling supabill, and all they can give me is the same telephone number.

I realize that a password was "obtained" but if no one ever went into the site, why am I being charged for a month of service, and how do I cancel?
