Complaint Review: Supabill Services

On 5/28/02 I entered a free web site called Teen Farm atwww.game.teenfarm.com. It said it was free at no charge but needed one of the following to prove over the age of 18, first drivers license, ssn, checking #, or credit card. The drivers license and ssn were so called temporary down for 8 days so I used a Visa card. Once info was entered it said I needed to agree to terms which it did not list. After agreeing I could still not find terms and was unable to exit site with out turning off computer, so I did. I did not click onto anything and figured since it was free I needed to do nothing.

On 9/27/02 I saw on my credit card statement that I was being charged 49$ a month for a membership I did not join. Since it was the week end and I could not contact credit card co I figured it had to be this Teen Farm web site because of the constant free offers and they were the only one I gave my credit card # to. It is my fault it went this far for not looking at my statements.

I was not notified by Supabill.com of anymembership. So I re-entred the site to find out why. Same thing happened as above exept when I started another free look with a new email address terms could not be found. After agreeing to terms and entered site kept clicking onto terms till they appeared which was in a very small window on some kind of timer which would let you see terms eventually, also could not print. Once I found Supabill it was only listed in one place on terms.

I contacted supabill.com and cancelled two memberships I never agreed to.They also said they would send notifacation of canceiied membership which they did not. I beleive this to be very fraudulent and you may contact me anytime at my email address brews6@msn.com
