Complaint Review: Supaflatly Hangzhou CHN

Ordered a very expensive Rimowa suitcase from what looked like a UK online retailer (My Bag). However, noticed upon returning, that the weblink was Hindleyjuinors.co.uk. In the UK that is a football club (now I know). The transaction eventually appeared as Supaflatly Ghanzhou CHN in my credit card account.

After much chasing with emails because I'd heard nothing and received nothing for nearly a month, finally got an offer from them to refund, but they wanted a handsigned signature from me to release them from further obligations, to be scanned and sent back to them. The English language was appallingly incorrect. They also gave me a dire warning that their bank would take a big commission from my 'bank'. As I paid via credit card and not used to paying commission on refunds, alarm bells began to ring.

Without sending my signature to them, called my credit card company to check, and was told this business had received numerous complaints from card customers lately and that it was definitely a scam. Either to relieve us of our money or at best, to send us fake copiues of branded products.

Happily the credit card company is prepared to chase up on my behalf, and whether they succeed or not, I am promised a refund from the credit card company, without any deduction of commission.

Sadly, however, I do not have the goods I was hoping for but fortunately, if the credit card company does reimburse me as promised, I may have escaped a worse problem.

The Supaflatly website is based in the USA and it is about to expire in the next 30 days. So garb what you can before they completely disappear.
