Complaint Review: Super Arbor

Super Arbor Ordered two items on-line. No product received and no refund has been issued. Palo Alto CA

Hi,

I placed an order with a total of $247.52 (a tool set and a water filter set), order number #5736. back on October 4, 2021. The credit card has been charged. Super Arbor wrote in a confirmation email that it will take 3-10 weeks to ship the order. Due to a very long waiting time, I contacted customer service via email on November 10, 2021 and requested to cancel the order and get a refund.

On November 13, 2021 I received an email from Super Arbor customer service saying that the cancellation request has been forwarded to their team and it will take 3-5 business days to review the cancelation request". On November 24, 2021 I sent an email again requesting an explanation about why the order status has not changed. On November 24, 2021 I received a response from Super Arbor saying that I should be receiving a separate email confirming the cancellation shortly. As of today, 02/09/2022 the order is still in "confirmed" status and no refund has been received.
