Let me start off by saying this is the worst experience at a dealership I ever had and im never going to any other. I went to purchase  acura tl 2005 at this dealership the salesman ( fernando) seemed nice and willing to help me out he promised that the car had warranty and that it was fully service the sales manager (tony tejera) agreed. I even asked several times before signing papers if it had warranty and if it had been fully serviced they both said yes  after I signed the papers tony goes into the back and then tells me that there isnt any warranty. I was so angry that I stormed off the next day I come back asking for a full refund because they lied to me and I refuse to do business with liars they said no that I signed the papers and that the car was mine the owner ( rene diaz) did get me a 6 month warranty but again I refused  cause I still didnt wanna do business with liars. plus the car still wasnt serviced  ...I am still trying to get my 1700 deposit

Remember, with any transaction, especially used car dealers, if it's not in writing, it didn't happen.

That's why you have to very carefully read everything they give you to sign.  Don't let them rush you.  If everything you discussed is not in writing, don't sign it.

Unfortunately that's the way it is and always has been.  Clearly not all dealers are like this but there are enough unscrupulous ones that you have to be careful.

Good luck.
