Super Duper Club Shipping not guaranteed, you may not received your order after you pay them. Internet
This company does not guarantee shipment of your product. I ordered some DVD's online from superduperclub.com and I never received them. When I contacted customer service they told me it was not their problem and I would have to call the post office. I called the post office and they stated superduperclub.com would have to file a complaint.
Superduperclub.com informed me they would do nothing. That shipping is not guaranteed and that I'm just out of luck. They informed me that they would not attempt to contact the post office and would not attempt to send the shipment again and they would not refund my money. If anyone is considering ordering products from this company beware. The one or two bucks you're saving is not worth it if your order never arrives.
