I am dealing with Jake and I have specifically given him my number of items and descriptions. He mentioned that if I did my packing I would save $399 so I decided to do my own packing. In my description of my items I told him about the tables having glass, my entertainment center having glass shelves, my wall mirror along with my large painting. He neglected to tell me the actual price if they where to crate these items and never once told me they would be an extra expense because of these items. I am moving cross country and its not like I can take these items with me. I ended up paying $3900 for my move without these large crate items. He also neglected to tell me the actual cubic footage I would have and said, " it's better we over state than under state, so he took the boxes from 25 to 35 after I told him I was going to have more boxes." To add insult to injury he said that my items are already included inn the item count but never mentioned the price to crate these items. He misrepresented himself and was dishonest with the invoice. I cannot believe he makes a living lying to customers.

Jake never mentioned any crates costs of large items and failed to inform me about such charges. He also miscalculated the amount of items and left items out of the list to get a favorable price in order to win the bid. My concern now is that he quoted me 565 cf. knowing very well my items and the number of boxes I needed which added to over 975 cf now I'm responsible for his misrepresentation and dishonesty. I now have to find alternate ways to ship my items that needed crates because it would been $875 just to crate my items

I need to know that something is going to get done.  I received my furniture on Sunday July 14th, 21 days after they promised my furniture was to be delivered.  Once the furnituree was delivered, the foreman neglected to put beds together properly and screws where neath the bed and didn't notice this until the following week once I moved in.  The same day of delivery they refused to put my dining room chairs together because it was not part of their job.  I was left with 6 chairs I assembled and I left a voice mail once again, and as usual no call back or response.  
This moving company has it taken any responsibility for their actions and have yet to return any of my calls in regards to these matters. 
I am asking that they reimburse me for the cost of the items I had to ship because of Jakes misrepresentation, delay of my furniture along with sending someone to put these chairs together. 
I am very dissatisfied with this moving company. 
I expect a follow up to the recordings from my calls with Jake and reimbursements for the extr items I had to ship because of their negligence. 
I would also like to mention the damages they did to my belongings which I wrote on the delivery bill which listed all items damaged.
