This company is an outright scam. I was approched by them after opening my business. I believe they got my information from Comcast Business as the phone number was the phone number Comcast provided me before I promptly cancelled that phone service. They sent out an ad rep and we had a discussion about the services they supposidley provide. I ended up signing up for the Superpages.com cost per click advertising. I was told I could cancel with in the first 14 days if I was unhappy with the service. They took my bank information and told me they would just keep it on file but not actually charge anything until I authorized the transactions. After I looked into the company and had issues with them out of the gate, I decided to cancel.

I called in and was told I was able to cancel seeing as I was still in the trial period. I was given a confirmation number and spoke with the area rep that came out, and after saying NO I DON'T WANT IT! about 6 times he agreed to cancel. They also had the wrong number listed in the ad, which when dialed went to disconnected, which means the ad was actually counter productive, and led potential customers to believe we were closed. I explained this to the rep and he said I would not be charged for the clicks to the ad considering they were useless...HOW NICE OF YOU.

Cut to 3 weeks later and what do you know, A DEBIT FROM SUPERMEDIA in my account. I knew something was going on because I kept getting emails saying that my account balance was getting low...WHAT ACCOUNT? THE ONE I CANCELLED??? I emailed the "account representive" about 4 times and never recieved a response back. Tried to call and what do you know, we are closed for a week for winter break starting the day we debit your account, MERRY CHRISTMAS. I now have to file a despute with the bank to get my money back and have them block future transactions from this fraudlent company. Oh, and by the way this company is in close contact with Verizon so I am pretty sure that is where a lot of the fraud comes into play. DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ALLOW A SMOOTH TALKING AGRESSIVE REP TO TALK YOU INTO ANYTHING!
