Complaint Review: Super Memories Photography

Molly Super, AKA Super Memories Photography, is a rip off/ scam artist. We paid her for pictures back in June and had a one hour photo session with her. She took about 330 Pictures of us.

She told us that since we lived so far away she would mail us our pictures on a picture disc. One and a half months went by, still no disc, and she avoided phone calls/ text messages, as well as messages on facebook.

Finally, upon stating that it may be necessary to contact someone in law enforcment to find out how to proceed since she would not respond, she responded. Stated she was so sorry for the delay, and that she would mail the disc that day PRIORITY mail.

A week late, the disc still never arrived, and was never returned to her, so then at this point she tells us she is overnighting the disc to us, 3 days later still no disc. Upon telling her this was ridiculous and not how you run any form of business, she agrees to take the disc to our grandparents house, who is closer to her than we are, as we are out of state.

She never arrives after she says she will, so then 3 days later, after she keeps putting it off, a disc arrives at my grandparents house, however, it doesnt even have all of the pictures on it. The few pictures it does have, are not edited, as promised.

She was supposed to edit, crop, make them look professional, and not "LAME". She edited maybe 10, of 330 pictures, and sent those 10 and maybe 100 more, so where were the rest of my pictures, no response.

She then agrees to give us a free session for all of the inconvience. Upon trying to claim the free session for some family pictures at a wedding (not the full wedding, just a few pictures with all of our family members) she says only if you book an extra two hours. We agree to pay the fee for that knowing we dont even need her the whole hour she promised for free.

She agrees to do this, and two days before the wedding, not even a full 24 hours in advance, she cancels with no warning, and doesnt even bother to tell us, lets us find out through FACE BOOK, how UNPROFESSIONAL. She need states she will not be honoring the gift certificate at all, and has no intenrtions of holding up to her end of the deal.

The little girl, is very immature, very unprofessional, I have other witnesses that she has done the same thing to, and they never received their pictures. She steals money, wastes your time, and then is rude when you confront her about her behaviors.

I believe she is still young and has some growing up to do, the work that she does on the pictures is something that anyone with computer knowledge and camera knowledge could do, to be honest my 12 y/o nephew takes better photographs and edits pictures better than she did any of ours.

Stealing someones MONEY, and ripping them off/not providing services &/or items that you were promised at the original agreement is wrong no matter who does it. Watch out for this one, dont do business unless you know her home address to go get your own disc, but be careful, she moves around a lot, she is originally from Topeka Kansas, and has been all over.

Also, she does not claim any money that she makes on her taxes, as well as she does NOT have a business license to be running what she is trying to call her own "Business".

Please be careful when dealing with her, because it's not going to end well.
