Complaint Review: Super Service

Super Service They tried to get me to run ilegally. I ran like 36 hours straight without stopping to eat or sleep. I asked them to relay the load because I didn't have the hours to run it to it's destination and they refused. Somerset Kentucky

The company tried to get me to run illegally. They had me close to home but, wouldn't let me go home. They had me to go around 500 miles more from home to pick up a load. to take home with me. Then I had already run a good 36 hours without eating or sleeping. I told them I needed a restart and they tried to tell me I could have one in 24 hours and knowing it takes 34 hours for a restart.

I wanted them to relay it at home. They refused and told me and my wife that they would come get the load, truck and all if I didn't do it. I said well, that's fine then. They put it on my DAC report that I abandoned it in Birmingham, AL and that was a lie. It was at home.

They have did this to alot of drivers. I feel as if they are doing drivers wrong with the lying. If a driver gets DOT they get the ticket not the company. It's just not fair.
