We purchased an item from California and it was shipped through Super transport to us in Florida. When it arrived we could see the box was damaged so we made the driver wait while we checked for damage, the item was damaged and the driver notated the damage on the delivery reciept and told us to call Super Transport for directions on filing a claim.

When we called they decided we had to leave the package exactly the way it was and let it sit until they could arrange for an inspector to come by. We waited for about a week and he finally came by. He filled out the report and we were told to fax in all of the documentation we had including his inspection report and also a separate estimate.

We faxed everything and receieved a claim # on Feb 11, 2003. We still have not recieved anything from this company. I researched and found out they have 120 days to deny claim or pay it they have done neither. I spoke with Rhonda Leider at this company and she now states I must send a invoice showing paid in full, which I do not understand because she has the estimate already.
