Complaint Review: Super Warehouse

OK here's one for you-

I went to this store simply to rent a video, that's all. I opened a new card because I had never been there before. As most all video stores do they asked me for my drivers license number and a major cedit card. I had never used the card before that day (I had just got it in th mail) I left the store and I went home.

The next day I logged onto the web, out of curiosity I checked on my account. Guess what? The card had been duplicated and was being used over and over again at gas stations just around the corner from the video store. I was shocked, I had the card in my possesion. I work at a bank and I hear stories like this all the time but I couldn't believe it. I was so upset.

I called the store, no surprise it was a dissconnected number. I was almost afraid to go in the store because I was scared of retaliation from the employee. This person had my address, drivers license number and in fact had ordered a copy of my credit report on line.

I had to put security alerts on my report, file a police report, cancel my card. Please do not use this video store if you live anywhere in ORANGE COUNTY CA - or if it's happened to you let me know PLEASE!
