I got a car from Mark the owner of Superb Auto leasing on the 23rd of September not only does he ask you to sign paperwork with any info on it, if you do he wont give you copies. My mistake of course, I waited for license plates for over one month and a half and he puts on out of the State NJ temp plates on your Brooklyn NY vehicle. He finally says give back that car that he Processes through credit acceptance Corp.
Writes a letter you didn't meet requirements and gives you a check under his business name that is no good cause it is paid to cash and says just enter your name which makes the check no good. If you want your money robbed from you ripped off con man go to Superb Auto Leasing. I am sure he will write something to defend himself but the evidence will show this to be the truth. I am filing a small claim against him and his company which he says he doesn't care, I am on a very limited budget and cant even go get my kids now because no transportation, please do not be taking advantage from him or Superb leasing which seems to do parking tickets and other business out of the same office before this criminal and fraudster.

mike yeninas a.k.a luchen got a loan fom superb auto and tried stiffing us by 1 not providing stipulations to the bank 2 we released the car without this information giving him the car basically for free with his 1,200 dollar down payment which originally was 1,500 he got his money back so why is he fighting why post a rippoff report when we got ripped off loosing mileage on the car and ruining our business relationship with 1 the bank 2 our partners ? he also owes millions of dollars and is in dept. for all the loans cause of the simple facet he was in jail for scamming modifications and pretty sure his probation officer had no clue lying to alll of us to have a free ride *we now have a new policy for all our customers fund before release i guarantee their will be no issues we get people approved no matter whats on credit ! we do everything by the book well explain to anyone who has an disagreement we save lives get people going foward from a-b wether its a brand new lease or any finance best rates out ! 2005 ford explorer xlt silver he couldnt even get approved for a bycicle he loved the car it was in perfect condition

After contacting Mark N at Superb Auto leasing at 1808 Jerome Ave Brooklyn NY 11235 Sheepshead Bay, and told him I would like him to make good on the bad check he wrote, he threatened me even after I said I would contact the NYS Attorney Office, The BBB and RipOffReport.com he said he didnt care and threatened me, sould I be nervous doing business with a car dealership???

Tryed to get refund and make good , he wont even now return calls, take to court and sue... Over $1100 he willing to go all the way, buyer beware of this scam and make sure to get all paper work and signed and copies before you sign anything.
