Complaint Review: superdresses

My first order with Superdresses was fine and was really please with the made to measure blouse, which fitted perfectly. This gave me the confidence to place a new order. However, what arrived was 3 garments that had comically long sleeves, which were over 8 inches longer that they should have been.

Would have believed this was my mistake if I had not have had a blouse using the same measurements that had the correct sleeve length.

I also order a pair of shoes, but they never arrived, turns out they are no longer available. Was offered a different pair, but didn't like what they have on offer. They said I could order something different and sent a mail state what I would like, but heard nothing. Have chased but like other here have heard nothing.
