I was charge an excessive amount for AC work. The company attempted to justify the cost by saying the cost was industry standards and the dispatch was performed after hours. Number 1: We were NEVER informed about after hour pricing.. Number 2: In checking with other AC companies, Superiors fees are not standard.
If you do call Standard, do not committ to the work when they arrive to do an estimate. Check with with other AC companies. I think you will find some eye-opening savings.
