Superior Asset Management, Inc mails me a letter today for a bill owed to cingular wireless/at&t wireless. Now i never in my life time used cingular or at&t wireless. I never have gotten any prior bills to this letter, no money missing from my bank account or my 1 creit card to which should have been used to pay for this so called bill.

When i called Superior Asset Management, Inc the first person told me my identity was stolen. The next time i called i was told nothing about the proof of the bill why i never received any bills before this one, all this guy kept saying was all we do is just make arrangements for the bill owed. Like i'm suppose to roll over and play dead and pay for this bill i didn't make.

He gave me an address to report fraud but the only diference with that address from the company who sent the bill is the p.o.box. Which to me sounds like fraud. I realize people shouldn't have your social securtiy number but even with that why was the bill allowed to grow and never charged to me? I would appreciate any feed back and participate in getting justice served in any way possible.
