Superior Asset Management Rip-Off Schemes Work Unruly made Settlement not settled. MajorFort Walton Beach Florida
Superior Assets Management made several unruly and professional calls to me about an account in the amout of $1,259.00 in which they told me that Cingular Wireless (now AT&T) agreed to settle this account in the some of $719.00.
I paid the $719.00 and have a receipt to prove it. This all happened in 2003-2004. In October 2007, I summitted an online order with AT&T and found out I had a $409.59 balance with them. I explained that Superior Assets Management acting on Cingular Wireless (AT&T) agreed to a settlement of $719.00.
To no avail was I able to get the phones I ordered, or come to an clear understanding of what happened in this settlement. Someone dropped the ball in clearing the debt and now my record reflects through AT&T that I have an outstanding balance of $409.59.
Tell me what does an settlement mean to you.
