Superior Asset Management They refuse to quit calling a WRONG number! Atlanta Georgia
My husband and I bought a home in Florida in August of 2003. Shortly thereafter, we began receiving call asking for Thomas D. Partridge, who never even lived there. We would get calls several times a week, some times several times a day, even after asking them to quit calling. They keep claiming we have been removed from their database, but the phone calls never stop. When I spoke with a Lasharia Burke, she hung up on me when I requested her supervisor. I called back and spoke with a Grace West and she claimed to be a supervisor, but refused to give me an address that I could write to to file a complaint, claiming we had been removed so there was no need for further conversation. She also hung up on me when I requested her supervisor. This has been occurring for over four years. They refused to give me a physical address or provide any recourse to get them to quit calling. This is totally ridiculous.

Complain to state agency

Find out if there is a state agency either in Florida or Georgia that regulates collection agencies. File a complaint with those agencies (if they exist) and see if that stops the calls.
