These people are the worst in the world, predetory lending at its best, they lie through there teeth about every vehicle they have, after first purchasing our car in March of 2013 it didnt really feel right going down the road, come to find out after paying to run a carfax this car has been wrecked twice before that was never disclosed to us at all.

 

Since purchasing this car it has given up nothing but trouble, its been through 2 fuel pumps, a complete head gasket repair, a new transmission, and a heater core because it had no heat. Al the sales manager is the biggest lier there is, after pleading with this man he promised to get us another vehicle on 2 differant occasions, even made us fill out applications twice again, he tells us that he will get us another car, even has us look at and drive cars that he said we were gauranteed to get.

 

We did our part and brought this man everything he asked for, paystubs the whole nine yards 3 times on a row once when we got the car we currently have and were promised that they would take back and replace with something else, and twice because he promised us a different, car we do all this and when we get there he says oh i cant get you another car, or oh the bank wont let me give you another car, all this man does is lie through his teeth and treat people like crap.

 

It is rediculous and should be against the law that we are paying $12000 for a car that is only worth maybe $1500

Superior Auto is nothing but a bunch of crooks. Though I have never bought a vehicle through them, I had a family member down on their luck who did. Out of desperation they went to Superior Auto, and the very next day after they had bought the vehicle it broke down leaving them stranded. They went to the lot and the manager told them sorry you bought it as is. They had paid double than that of what a conventional car lot would have charged them. My advice: Stay away from them! If you need a car loan I would save your money and look on auto trader or craigslist. If you must go to a buy here pay here I recomend JD Byrider. They offer warrantys on all their vehicles and they have a shop with certified mechanics who check the vehicles as they come into their lot. Please don't fall victim to these crooks!
