UPDATE: Click Here to see how Superior Benefits contacts Rip-off Report, stating they will give REFUNDS to unsatisfied customers, working harder to avoid employee & customer misunderstandings.

Credit card phone scam $299 for $2000.00 credit line but never received anything. Ocurred immediately after applying for another card - they had the info from that rejection. Have been able to contact the toll free number after sitting on hold for 30 minutes or more only to hear the customer service representative for Superior Benifits at 866-554-0556 say the card was down in shipping now and should go out the next day.

I requested a tracking number but they said call back tomorrow because since it had not gone out there was no tracking number. I called again two days later and received the same statement.

That's when it became apparent it must be a scam and I looked it up on the Better Business Bureau and there are complaints filed.
