Superior Benefits has just ripped me off and I dont want them to take my money or to get my money back if they do take it. I have been scammed by them and I want to get them. They did not tell me that I had to pay $299 untill they got my bank information.

After they got my information they sent me to another person to verify the conversation and asked if it was ok that I pay the $299 but I said "wait a minute you didnt tell me about this", so he sent me back to the first person that I talked to and he told me that I couldnt stop the transaction any more, that the transaction had already been sent.

Then he told me that to stop the transaction I needed to go ahead and talk to costumer service to get it canceled which didnt make any sense to me. Then he sent me back to the second person, and he asked if I could pay the $299 again, and I said no and then he hung up on me.

I then proceded to call costomer service were i literally waited for 30 minutes on hold, which is rediculous. I finally got someone and he supposedly wasnt part of the company but worked for a company that was costumer service for a bunch of companies.

I told him that I needed it canceled and he asked me what my phone number was and when they contacted me and I told him today. Then he proceded to tell me that since I did it that day that he would get it canceled for me, which to me sounded like a bunch of bull.

So I got his name, which I dont know if its his real name or not, and I will be calling them tomarrow and I will demand that they send in writing that they have canceled it. Please Help.
